We get to know you. Then Arkansas does.

No canned pitch and no broken record. We start by listening to you, your customers and your market. Then we make sure the people you want to reach see you, know you and think of you first.

  • 12+ years leading Arkansas marketing
  • 30+ locations under one brand

The difference

Heard the same pitch before?

Plenty of owners have sat through a presentation where the plan was decided before anyone asked about their business. Same package, same pitch, like a broken record.

You’ll notice the difference in the first meeting. We ask, we listen, and only then do we tell you what we’d fix first and why.

Good businesses usually don’t need more marketing activity. They need the right things fixed in the right order.

If you’ve said any of these, we should talk

  • “We do good work, but people don’t know about us.”
  • “We don’t show up high enough on Google.”
  • “Our marketing is all over the place.”
  • “We have several vendors, and nobody owns the strategy.”
  • “We post on Facebook, but it isn’t producing anything.”
  • “We don’t know what we’re getting for our advertising money.”

The Arkansas Advertising Firm Promise

Easier to find. Easier to trust. Easier to choose.

That’s what we promise to make your business. These six commitments are how we keep it, and they go into every agreement we sign.

We listen before we recommend.

We learn your business, your customers, your market and your competition before we suggest a thing. No canned plans.

You work with Justin.

Strategy never disappears into an account-management layer. The owner stays personally involved in your business.

We measure what you measure.

Calls, leads, customers, revenue and reputation. Not likes, impressions or marketing jargon.

You’ll know what we’re doing and why.

Prices in writing before work starts, and one plain-English page every month on what we spent, what it brought in and what’s next.

We won’t sell you what you don’t need.

We’ll never push a tactic just because it’s what we sell. If something won’t pay off, you’ll hear it from us before you spend a dollar.

You own everything, and you can walk away.

Accounts, website, logins and files are set up in your business’s name. After a 90-day start, it’s month to month.

How we work

We listen first. Then we move.

The same four steps whether you run one location or forty.

  1. We listen.

Justin comes to your place of business for the first meeting, at no charge. He asks about your customers, your competition and what has worked before. No pitch.

  2. We review your visibility.

Your Arkansas Business Visibility Review checks how you show up on Google and Maps, your reviews, website, social media, AI search and competitors. You get a short written list of what to fix first.

  3. We fix the foundation first.

Your message, website, Google presence, reputation, content, advertising and follow-up, in the order that matters most, with your approval at each step.

  4. We report and adjust.

Every month you get one page in plain English and the one change we recommend next.

What we do

Be found. Be trusted. Be chosen.

Three jobs that build on each other, instead of twenty services that don’t talk. People can’t trust a business they can’t find, and they won’t choose one they don’t trust.

Be found.

When someone in Arkansas searches for what you do, you should be one of the businesses they see.

  • Google Business Profiles and Maps
  • Local SEO and location pages
  • Websites built to turn visits into calls
  • Google Ads
  • AI search: showing up when people ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI who to hire

Be trusted.

Turn the reputation you’ve already earned into a marketing advantage.

  • Google reviews and review responses
  • Brand and messaging
  • Social media that keeps you in front of the right people
  • Public relations and local media coverage
  • Community sponsorships, events and partnerships
  • Customer stories and testimonials

Be chosen.

Make it easy for the right customer to say yes.

  • Advertising on TV, radio, print, Facebook and Google
  • Landing pages and calls to action
  • Offers and messages that give people a reason to pick you
  • Call and lead tracking you can actually read

Ready for a CRM and automated follow-up? That’s its own service with its own budget. See how it works.

Grow with a plan.

Senior marketing leadership over all of it, without a six-figure hire. For businesses that have outgrown doing their own marketing but aren’t ready for a full-time executive.

  • Fractional CMO, or outsourced marketing director
  • Annual marketing plans and budgets
  • Multi-location marketing
  • Vendor selection and management
  • Recruitment marketing
  • Competitive research

Justin leads the strategy, messaging and results on every account. When a job needs a specialist, like a video crew or a programmer, we bring in trusted partners and tell you exactly who they are.

Meet the owner

Justin Lowery knows marketing from the owner’s side of the table.

The firm is new. The experience isn’t.

For more than 12 years, Justin has led marketing from inside one of Arkansas’s largest multi-location service organizations: dozens of locations across the state, under one name that has to be trusted every single day. For about seven years he has also served on its executive leadership team, where marketing decisions become business decisions.

He has been the one accountable when a website wasn’t performing, when reviews needed attention, when a major announcement had to land, when TV crews and newspapers called, and when dozens of locations had to look and sound like one company. He has spent his career helping steward the marketing and reputation of an Arkansas organization recognized for both customer trust and ethical business practices.

He started Arkansas Advertising Firm to give Arkansas business owners that same level of marketing leadership without building a marketing department of their own. When you hire the firm, you get Justin: his judgment, his attention and his accountability.

Justin was raised on a simple rule: an honest day’s pay for an honest day’s work. It’s how his father raised him, and how his father’s father raised him. It’s how he runs this firm.

12+years leading marketing in Arkansas
7years on an executive leadership team
30+locations marketed under one brand

What he’s been responsible for

  • Marketing for 30+ locations under one brand
  • Major website rebuilds and migrations
  • Google profiles and reviews for every location
  • TV, newspaper and community media coverage
  • Communications when a reputation was on the line
  • Social media for a statewide brand
  • Lead capture and follow-up in HubSpot
  • Community events, sponsorships and partnerships
  • Recruiting campaigns for staff and sales teams
  • Putting AI tools to work early, with human judgment

“I’ll treat your company’s name with the same seriousness I’ve given the brands entrusted to me throughout my career. I’ll tell you what I believe will work, what I believe is wasting your money, and what I’d do if it were my own business. Then we’ll move.”

Family owned

This is our why.

Want scrappy and family owned? That’s exactly what we are. Arkansas Advertising Firm is a family affair.

Justin and Ko Lowery with their children, Will and Adeline, on the beach

Ko

I met my wife, Ko, at Macaroni Grill in 2011. On our second date, at Star of India, I spilled a pitcher of water on her. We’ve built a life together that we fight for every day.

Will, 7

Our curious, smart, soccer-loving boy. Will was born at 28 weeks, weighing 2.8 pounds. He will always be our miracle. If nothing else is given to our family in this life, it is enough.

Adeline, 5

Our confident, boisterous girl. Adeline loves gymnastics and is about to start kindergarten.

They’re my why. When you hire Arkansas Advertising Firm, you’re hiring a family business that knows what it takes to build something and protect it. Justin

CRM and marketing automation

A CRM (customer relationship management system) is one shared home for every lead and customer: who called, who filled out a form, what they asked about, and who is following up and when. It’s how the left hand knows what the right hand is doing across your front desk, your sales team and your marketing.

Once it’s in place, it can send the right follow-up email at the right moment on its own, so good leads stop slipping through the cracks.

From an additional $500 a month

Based on how many people use it and how many contacts are in it.

Automated email follow-up is different for every business, so the budget is flexible. We’ll scope it with you and put the price in writing before anything starts.

Our CRM of choice is HubSpot, a platform Justin knows and trusts.

Small budget? We’ll make every dollar count. Big budget? We’ll put it where it buys the most attention, across TV, radio, outdoor, search and social. One-time projects, like a new website or a brand refresh, get a fixed price in writing before work starts. And if you don’t need an ad firm yet, we’ll tell you, and tell you what to fix first.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask.

What does Arkansas Advertising Firm do?

Arkansas Advertising Firm is an owner-led advertising and marketing agency based in Central Arkansas. It helps established businesses across the state get found on Google, Google Maps and AI search, turn their reputation into trust, and turn that attention into calls and customers.

The firm is new. Why should I trust it?

The firm is new. The experience isn’t. Justin Lowery has spent more than 12 years responsible for marketing results inside a statewide Arkansas organization, including about seven years on its executive leadership team. You won’t be paying anyone to learn the fundamentals on your dime.

Who will I actually work with?

Justin, the owner. He leads the strategy, messaging and results on every account. When a job needs a specialist, like a video crew or a programmer, we bring in trusted partners, tell you who they are, and Justin stays responsible for the work.

Why isn’t my business showing up on Google?

Usually it’s a handful of fixable things: an incomplete Google Business Profile, too few recent reviews, a website that doesn’t clearly say what you do and where, or business details that don’t match across the web. Your Visibility Review shows which ones apply to you and what to fix first.

Can you get my business recommended by ChatGPT and other AI tools?

We can make it more likely. AI assistants tend to recommend businesses they can clearly understand and verify: who you are, where you work, what you do and what customers say about you. We make that information clear and consistent on your website, your Google profile, review sites and local media. You’ll hear this called AEO (answer engine optimization) or GEO (generative engine optimization). No one can guarantee what an AI tool will say.

Do you guarantee a #1 ranking on Google?

No. No one honestly can, because Google decides. What we promise is to fix what’s holding you back, in the right order, and to show you every month whether it’s working.

What does a fractional CMO do?

A fractional CMO, or outsourced marketing director, gives you senior marketing leadership part-time: a plan, a budget, vendor management and accountability for results. It fits a business that has outgrown doing its own marketing but can’t justify a six-figure executive hire.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Ongoing work starts with a 90-day plan, which is long enough to see real results. After that it’s month to month.

Who owns my ad accounts, website and files?

You do. We set everything up in your business’s name and give you the logins. If you leave, nothing is held back.

Do you only work in Central Arkansas?

No. Our home base is Central Arkansas, the 501, and we work with businesses all over the state, from Bentonville to Jonesboro to Texarkana. Wherever you are, the first meeting happens at your place of business.

What is a CRM, and is it included?

A CRM is one place to track every lead and customer, so your front desk, your sales team and your marketing all work from the same information. It isn’t part of the monthly plans because every setup is different. CRM work starts at an additional $500 a month, based on how many users and contacts it holds, and automated email follow-up is scoped to your budget. Our CRM of choice is HubSpot.

What does it cost?

Monthly plans start at $750 for a single-location business, $2,500 for broader growth work and $6,500 for Justin as your marketing director. CRM and automation are priced separately, starting at an additional $500 a month. The Visibility Review is free, ad spend is billed at cost with no markup, and every proposal puts the total on page one.
